    Registration of projects

    Partners can register projects through a local distributor or directly to us (if there is no designated distributor).

    Registration of the project guarantees protection for a period of 90 days and allows to obtain an additional discount, which translates directly into increased margin in the project. Registration may be extended before the expiry of 90 days for a further period not exceeding 60 days.

    Conditions for registration of projects:

    A correctly and thoroughly completed registration form should be sent to the distributor to verify the status of the project at the customer’s site. The registration is valid for 90 days from the moment of obtaining the booking confirmation.

    The registration and confirmation of the submitted project is called a deal registration.

    Transaction registration process:

    Step 01

    Partners send a correctly completed project registration form to the Storware or a distributor. To receive the form, write to globalsales[at]storware.eu

    Step 02

    We validate all data in less than 24 hours.

    Step 03

    The partner shall receive feedback from Storware on the status of the registration request via e-mail – Accept/Reject.

    Value limits for project registration

    Net value of the project is minimum EUR 2 000 at prices from the price list (SRP).

    Internal Use licenses (not for resale):

    Each partner can use the TRIAL version of the software for its own purposes or the FREE version in accordance with the rules that apply:

    FREE version

    unlimited license validity with the limitation of users/devices or hosts/VMs, with limited technical support (e-mail only, no SLA assigned) and with limited access to some features like vProtect backup providers (Networker, IBM Spectrum Protect, Veritas) or i.e.: multitenancy in KODO4Cloud

    TRIAL version

    full functionality delivered for test and POC purposes valid from 60 up to 120 days (could be extended in critical cases)
