PROMOTION RULES AND REGULATIONS

„Cyber Monday 2023”

1. These rules and regulations specify the requirements and conditions of the „Cyber Monday 2023” promotion offering the following discounts for the services of Storware Backup and Recovery software developed by Storware Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer:

1) Stressless Launch – 3 months of support free of charge.

2) MSP Subscription –  2 months free of charge + 1 ManDay remote services free of charge.

3) 20% more licenses added to base order.

4) A dedicated offer for an order that does not exceed the value of the other three options.

2. The Promotion Organizer is Storware Sp. z o.o. with seat in Warsaw at 02-220, Łopuszańska St. 32, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, Business Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS 0000510131, NIP (tax identification number): 5213672602.

3. To participate in the promotion, you need to place a new order for Storware Backup and Recovery software, in the period between 27 November and 31 December 2023, via website: https://storware.eu/cyber-monday/ or via contact form https://storware.eu/contact-sales/ choosing one of the following options:

  • Option 1: Stressless Launch – 3 months of support free of charge.
  • Option 2: MSP Subscription –  2 months free of charge + 1 ManDay remote services free of charge.
  • Option 3: More is more – 20% more licenses added to base order.
  • Option 4: Mystery Box – a special offer tailored to one’s needs.

4. Having specified order details, a Storware Sp. z o.o. a sales representative or a Distributor representative will draw up an offer including the selected discount on the regular price specified in the price list available at the Organizer’s or on the htttps://licenses.storware.eu website.

5. The promotion will be carried out by the Storware Sp. z o.o. product distributors or directly by the Promotion Organizer.

6. The Promotion will begin on 27.11.2023 and it will end on 31.12.2023.

7. You can participate in the Promotion by placing an order mentioned in clause 3.

8. Clients will be eligible to participate in the Promotion only once.

9. The Promotion applies exclusively to the Storware Backup and Recovery product described on the https://storware.eu/why-storware/ website.

10. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

11. If a Client fulfills the conditions of the Promotion, the Organizer will process such Client’s order containing the product(s) at lower price(s). If the entire order is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Client, the Client will be entitled to re-use the Promotion.

12. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or physical products.

13. The Organizer will not be responsible for incorrect participation in the Promotion.

14. The Promotion is intended for corporate clients of Storware Sp. z o.o. in the meaning of relevant regulations of the Civil Code and does not include consumer sale.

15. Promotion participants personal data will be used in accordance with applicable regulations of law, including in particular the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

16. Participation in the Promotion is equal to acceptance of its rules and regulations specified herein as well as the Storware licensing and Privacy Policy rules. The documents can be downloaded from the following websites: https://storware.eu/license-agreement-terms-of-use/ and https://storware.eu/privacy-policy/.

17. The Promotion Organizer reserves its right to modify the Rules and Regulations in the event of serious cause understood as:

a) amendment of the provisions of law regulating the rules and organization of the Promotion, affecting mutual rights and obligations of the Promotion Organizer and participants;

b) extension or shortening the Promotion duration;

c) modification of the manner the Promotion is conducted, due to technical or technological reasons.

18. If the Rules and Regulations are amended, the Organizer will make the consolidated text of the Rules and Regulations available by publishing it on the www.storware.eu website. Such amending the Rules and Regulations will not affect orders placed under the Promotion before the amendment.

19. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the generally applicable regulations of Polish law.

20. Any claims regarding the Promotion will be examined within 14 days from the date of lodging.

21. Promotion is valid for new projects registered from/not before:  31.12.2023

22. These Rules and Regulations shall come into force on 27 November 2023.
