„Q4 2024 Special Offer: Terms and Conditions”

1. Promotion Overview

These rules and regulations outline the requirements and conditions of the “Q4 Special Offer 2024,” offering a special discount for new Storware Backup and Recovery software customers who meet the eligibility criteria. The promotion is organized by Storware Sp. z o.o. (“the Organizer”).

2. Promotion Organizer

Storware Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw at 02-220, Łopuszańska St. 32, registered under the National Court Register with the number KRS 0000510131, NIP (tax identification number): 5213672602.

3. Participation Requirements

a). To participate, a new order for Storware Backup and Recovery software must be placed between 01.10.2024 and 31.12.2024 via the contact form https://storware.eu/contact-sales/
b). To participate, customers must meet both of the following conditions:

  • The customer must be a new customer, meaning they have not previously purchased Storware Backup and Recovery software.
  • The customer must have downloaded the trial license of Storware Backup and Recovery software.

If these conditions are met and the customer decides to purchase the commercial version of Storware Backup and Recovery before the 60-day trial license expires, they will receive an additional discount of 6% off the order value.

4. Promotion Execution
The discount will be applied at the time of purchase by Storware product distributors or the Promotion Organizer.

5. Promotion Duration
The Promotion will commence on 01.10.2024 and conclude on 31.12.2024. Customers must purchase before the expiration of their 60-day trial to qualify.

6. Participation Limit
This Promotion applies only once per customer.

7. Eligible Product
The Promotion applies exclusively to the commercial purchase of Storware Backup and Recovery software, as described on the website https://storware.eu/.

8. Non-Combinable Offer
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

9. Order Processing
If a Client meets the Promotion conditions, the Organizer will process the order containing the product(s) at the discounted price. If the entire order is canceled due to reasons attributable to the Client, the Client will forfeit the right to reuse the Promotion.

10. Non-Monetary Exchange
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

11. Responsibility
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect participation in the Promotion due to customer errors.

12. Target Audience
The Promotion is intended for new corporate clients of Storware Sp. z o.o. and does not include consumer sales.

13. Personal Data Handling
Storware will handle all personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Data Protection Act. Full details are available in the Storware Privacy Policy.

14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Storware’s licensing agreements, and the Privacy Policy.

15. Rule Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions in specific cases as outlined herein.

16. Notification of Amendments
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Storware website and will not affect orders placed before the amendment.

17. Governing Law
Any matters not addressed herein shall be governed by Polish law.

18. Claims Procedure
Claims regarding the Promotion will be addressed within 14 days of lodging the claim.

19. Promotion Start Date
The Promotion applies to purchases made between 01.10.2024 and 31.12.2024.

20. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01 October 2024.
