Storware announced today a new technical alliance with Wasabi Technologies, the hot cloud storage company. This alliance will bring together the strengths of both companies to offer customers a comprehensive backup and storage solution that is reliable and scalable.

Storware combined with Wasabi hot cloud storage helps organizations across Poland securely store their important data. Storware is a stable, agentless solution providing backup and recovery services for virtual machines, applications, cloud and container environments plus Microsoft 365. With an easy management interface, users can quickly set up protection and store backups at the heart of their enterprise-ready business cloud from Wasabi. Furthermore, with Wasabi cloud storage, businesses can opt for an infinite cloud storage solution that is predictably priced and less expensive than AWS S3 with no fees for egress or API requests.

Partnership highlights:

  • Optimize costs through transparent and flexible licensing with no hidden fees for Storware and Wasabi.
  • Storware seamlessly integrates with Wasabi’s low-cost storage for long-term retention.
  • Storware plus Wasabi delivers an enterprise-ready, fast, reliable backup and recovery process.
  • Native ransomware protection through immutable buckets and objects.

Under the terms of the alliance, Storware will integrate its data protection software with Wasabi’s cloud storage platform. This will allow customers to quickly and securely backup and store their data in the cloud and quickly recover data in the event of a disaster. Moreover, Wasabi can successfully be used as a second storage with a local file system, NFS / CIFS share, or Enterprise Backup Providers (IBM, DELL, Micro Focus) to implement a 3-2-1 backup strategy within organizations.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Wasabi to offer our customers a complete backup and storage solution…” said Jan Sobieszczański, CEO at Storware. “Whether you require a secondary copy in the cloud, off-site disaster recovery, an easily accessible and active data archive, or long-term storage, Wasabi’s groundbreaking price-performance ratio simplifies the decision-making process. By combining our data protection software with Wasabi’s cloud storage platform, we provide our customers with a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective solution that meets their backup and storage needs.

The alliance between Storware and Wasabi is expected to benefit organizations across various industries, including healthcare, banking, finance, utilities and manufacturing. With this partnership, customers can rest assured that their data is secure and always accessible, no matter what happens.

Wasabi is teaming up with Storware to deliver a comprehensive data storage solution that is both flexible and secure,” said Daniel Arabié, Central Europe Country Manager at Wasabi Technologies. “Our cloud storage platform allows customers to store and access their data from anywhere, while Storware’s data protection software ensures that their data is backed up and recoverable at all times.
