Starting my job at Storware I had some concerns about whether, as a programmer with little experience, I could cope and find my way around such a complex product. My fears were completely unfounded, because basically from the first days I felt that I could approach individuals with specific questions and never went unanswered. Some of the technologies I use on a daily basis were initially unfamiliar to me, but with the help of my team-mates and superiors, these shortcomings were quickly made up for. Due to the rapid development of the application, I am able to hone my skills as a programmer on a daily basis, having a real impact on the design of the product. I can confidently say that the atmosphere is exceptional, and you gain much more than experience here.
